How do I get help with Jia?

How quickly will I hear back?

We reply to every message within 1–2 business days, and usually much sooner. If you don't see a response, please check your spam folder before sending a follow-up.

I'm on the waitlist. When do I get access?

Jia is launching soon on iOS, and waitlist members get early access first. Make sure you've joined at tryjia.app, and we'll email you the moment your spot opens up.

How do I report a bug or send feedback?

Email support.jia@gmail.com with a description of what happened, your device and iOS version, and a screenshot if possible. Detailed reports help us fix issues quickly.

Is my data private, and can I have it deleted?

Yes. Jia is built as a private space for honest reflection: your entries are yours. To request a copy of your data or have your data deleted, email support.jia@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

How do I delete my account?

Send a request to support.jia@gmail.com from the email associated with your account, and we'll permanently delete your account and associated data.
